Lakeside, CA — Before the boots hit the pavement for Lakeside’s Western Days Parade, locals are invited to kick off the celebration with a hearty cowboy breakfast hosted by the Lakeside Historical Society.
The Western Days Breakfast will be served on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Lakeside’s Historic Olde Community Church, located at 9906 Maine Avenue.
The menu includes ham and eggs, potato patties, biscuits with sausage gravy, coffee, juice, and even milk and chocolate milk for the kids—all for a suggested donation of only $5 per person.
While you eat, enjoy live music from The Tradesmen, performing right there at the church. Then head out front to grab a spot for the Western Days Parade, which rolls down Maine Avenue shortly after breakfast ends.
