The Challenge Center, located at 5540 Lake Park Way, at Sunset Park in La Mesa, has announced several additions to its staff, including physical therapist Jaime Hall and fitness trainers John Dawson, Emily Ybarondo and Chelsea Woerle. Hall has a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos. The three fitness trainers are kinesiology students at San Diego State University. The non-profit Challenge Center, founded in 1987, provides skilled physical therapy, specialized assisted fitness training and wellness programs to East County residents with various severe physical disabilities to rehabilitate, realize the highest level of independence and improve their quality of life.
