The sellers of the property were Steven Dale Andrew Huffman and Leslie Paige Huffman, trustees of a family trust, and Steven Huffman, as co-trustee of the Carolyn Christine Koon Separate Property Trust. Steve Huffman and Chad Bramwell, of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners, represented the buyer and sellers. The unit mix consists of one studio, 11 one-bedroom units and 16 two-bedroom, two-bath units. Amenities include 11 double-car garages, a swimming pool, sun deck, barbecue and picnic areas, and a laundry facility. The two-level, approximately 23,837-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1978 on a 1.41-acre lot.
