Located at the corner of Cuyamaca Street and Town Center Parkway, the sustainable living community is near the San Diego River and the Santee Trolley Town Square shopping center. The $21 million hosing project will feature two four-story buildings and one three-story building on a 6.78-acre lot. Amenities include a swimming pool, spa, gym, club room and park-like landscaping. Each unit will have granite countertops, deluxe appliances, in-suite laundry, designer light fixtures and ceramic tiles in the kitchen, bath and entry, according to West America Corp., provider of preconstruction and general contracting services.
