Union Bank, with 11 branches located in the East County, has announced that Danielle Royal, with 15 years of lending experience, has joined its retail consumer lending team, which originates residential mortgage options. The bank said Royal will serve as a home mortgage consultant with a focus on East County. She will report to Jered Barger, vice president and regional sales manager. “Danielle brings a depth of industry experience to our team as we focus on serving the needs of our clients looking for a home loan in the San Diego area,” said Barger.
Prior to joining Union Bank, Royal served as divisional manager at American Mortgage Network and as regional manager at 360 Mortgage Group. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from San Diego State University. Union Bank operates 443 branches in California, Washington, Oregon, Texas and Illinois.
