Keller Williams Realty San Diego East Foothills in El Cajon, one of the largest residential real estate brokerages in San Diego County, has announced that Don and Tereasa Pittman of Jamul have joined the firm as a husband-and-wife real estate sales team.
The Pittmans, married for 51 years, have been selling real estate since 2006 as a second career. Don, an electrical engineer from Tennessee, served in the U.S. Navy for 12 years and worked on submarines. He then spent 18 years in commercial truck sales. Tereasa, who has lived in Californian since 1955, spent 40 years in administration at a dental office. The couple, who met in California in 1967, got married in 1968. They have live in San Diego since 1970.
“We love working with first-time home buyers and helping other clients halt their foreclosure,” said Tereasa. “We’re never in a hurry and want to match the client with the right home for them.”
The Pittmans are experienced in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), often called companion units and granny flats. They have supervised the construction of an ADU on their five-acre property in Jamul.
