The San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce will host its upcoming First Friday Breakfast starting at 7:15 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 6 at the Ronald Reagan Community Center, 195 E. Douglas, El Cajon. Cost to attend is $20 per person for members, $25 per person for non-members. The program will feature presentations by Monica Zech, City of El Cajon public information officer, on how businesses can prepare for a disaster, and Dr. Eric Frost, co-director of San Diego State University’s Homeland Security Program, on “To Tweet or Not to Tweet.” The program also will include networking and announcements.
