The La Mesa Chamber of Commerce will welcome What A Dish!, a new dinnerware store at 8209 La Mesa Blvd., with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 12. All Chamber members are invited to attend. Owned by Frank Dittmer, What A Dish!, located just west of the trolley line, offers a unique mix of classic Fiestaware, Dansk, Rosenthal and Denby dinnerware products, along with a collection of gourmet foods and specialty products, including GoVino wine and champagne flutes. The story also features a line of casual stoneware from England and also Casa Fina dinnerware from Portugal.
